Refund policy

At Irida Naturals, we're passionate about sustainability, and minimizing returns helps us reduce our environmental impact. We encourage you to carefully review product details and make informed choices before purchasing.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, which are reviewed directly by our dedicated team.

Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of the product received at support@iridanaturals.com
  • We will require images of the damaged product, the packaging and the shipping label. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind: 

  • In the event you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, we offer a return option; however, a processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.
  • Please note that returned items must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. Products returned without labels or in a damaged condition will be ineligible for a refund.
